Advanced AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and Project, Power BI skills
Beneficial Minitab skills with a minimum of 3-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a logistics environment
Advanced Excel and intermediate AutoCAD skills
Detail-oriented
High work rate and quality of work
Must have experience across multi-blade logistic activities/verticals
Ability to learn new software applications
Ability to train staff on new processes and software from white collar to blue collar
Warehouse design and costing knowledge
Pricing and solutions RFQs (Request for Quotation)
Good people skills required
WMS (Warehouse Management System) / ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems skill and experience
Customer relationship management experience
Highly adaptable to change
Sound knowledge of engineering economics and fundamental accounting principles
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Data cleaning and analytics skills
Experience in job clocking and resource planning
