Requirements:-
Grade 12 (Matric)or equivalent qualification. Basic R425 Diploma/Degree in nursing and Midwifery or equivalent qualification that allows for registration with the SANC as Professional nurse. One Year diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety with recognisable institution. Minimum of 7 years appropriate /recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Professional Nurse with SANC. As Professional in General Nursing and Midwifery. At least 3 years of the period referred to above must be appropriate/recognisable experience in coordination of OHS and implementation of the staff wellness clinic. knowledge of OHS practices, nursing acts, regulations and ideal hospital. Willingness to work shifts, public holidays, after hours, standby and weekends. Ability to act for other Nurse Managers in a Hospital
